Biography: Jason K. Thomas' practice focuses on general commercial litigation. Prior to joining Cheifetz Iannitelli Marcolini, P.C., Mr. Thomas clerked as a summer associate at a large law firm in Phoenix, Arizona throughout law school, and joined that firm as an associate after law school.
Mr. Thomas has experience handling a range of litigation services, including drafting demand letters, complaints, answers, and motions regarding trademark infringement, breach of contract claims, consumer fraud issues, and antitrust matters. Mr. Thomas has also participated on litigation teams handling various Federal Indian Law issues and participated in many depositions, client counseling meetings, mediation settlements, and on-site witness interviews.

While in law school, Mr. Thomas was elected President of the Black Law Student Association in his first year. He was also a member of Veteran's Law Society and volunteered his time with the Homeless Legal Assistance Project. Mr. Thomas received the Lodestar Mediation Clinic Certificate and was voted the best student mediator during his time with the program.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Thomas was enlisted in the Air Force as an Electronics Intelligence Analyst and is a veteran of both the Afghanistan and Iraq wars. Subsequently to the Air Force, Mr. Thomas worked in the private sector designing and installing advanced security access systems. His legal practice interests include general commercial litigation and intellectual property law.

Mr. Thomas was raised in Peoria, AZ where he still currently resides. In his spare time, Mr. Thomas can be found training his dogs (German Shepherds and Great Danes), riding his snowboard, enjoying live music performances, or on a warm patio with his dogs and a glass of red wine.
